How do I cancel an order on Yebhi day?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 3 hours of placing an order.After 3 hours, we can not cancel the order/s. Then return / exchange policies have to be used as mentioned here. To cancel an order, please use onsite facility OR immediately mail us at email@example.com with Order number in the subject line.
CLEARANCE COUNTER PRODUCTS :
Clearance Counter products are NOT returnable whatsoever.
Clearance Counter products ( if you change your mind after receiving ) can be exchanged with any other equal or more value Clearance Product only. Courier costs for exchanging Clearance product have to be borne by you.
ALL OTHER THAN CLEARANCE COUNTER PRODUCTS :
Products are eligible for return, only if they are received in a damaged / defective condition or not what you ordered. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 24 hours of receiving the package at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will ensure a brand new replacement and ship to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when shipping it back to us,otherwise it may be refused by us.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
In rare cases where the quality of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition and our team would issue store credits for the same value of the product. Please note that this is only applicable in case the product is unused.
-Please be careful while selecting a product in exchange. No exchange requests will be entertained for second time.
-Exchange request can only be submitted within 2 days of delivery at email@example.com with subject as “ Exchange Order number :. . . . . .
-Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back. All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact
-Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to assist you.
Refund in cash / store credits will only be made if the product received by you is damaged / defective / not what you ordered and we do not have a brand new replacement in stock.
In case of returns, the customer is responsible to ship the product back to us first. Customers are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
– Please write the Order number, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a paper and put it in the parcel.
– The refund procedure will be initiated within 72 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Yebhi day Account as store credits.
Refund in the bank account is only applicable in case a replacement is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
